The house is large by St. Ives standards and includes a large dining room/kitchen area and a large separate living room. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a 37" HD TV with Blu-Ray player and a HiFi with digital radio. The house also boasts an original 19th Century harmonium that was used in the local Baptist church!
